Welcome to Janelle Soler Studio. By booking a service, purchasing artwork, placing an order, or collaborating with Janelle Soler, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

General Terms

Janelle Soler Studio creates original artwork, floral designs, and creative experiences with care, intention, and a strong focus on craftsmanship. Because each piece and service is uniquely created, variations in color, materials, flowers, and final outcomes are expected and celebrated.

All services, artwork, floral orders, and creative projects are subject to availability and require confirmation before they are considered booked.

Payments & Booking

A payment or deposit may be required to reserve your date or begin work. Your booking is not confirmed until the required payment has been received.

All payments, deposits, and purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Any remaining balances must be paid by the agreed-upon deadline. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of any deposits or payments made.

Artwork & Original Pieces

All artwork created by Janelle Soler remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Purchasing an original artwork or print does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial usage rights. Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, altered, or used commercially without written permission.

Colors may vary slightly between original artwork, photographs, and digital displays due to differences in screens and printing processes.

Custom artwork requires clear communication regarding size, style, inspiration, and timeline before beginning. Due to the personal and handmade nature of custom work, final pieces may include artistic interpretation and creative adjustments.

Creative Direction & Design Services

Creative direction, illustration, branding, and design services are created specifically for each client and project.

A project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins. Additional revisions, requests, or changes outside of the original scope may require additional fees.

Client delays, missing materials, or delayed approvals may affect project timelines. Janelle Soler Studio is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside of our control.

Final files, artwork, and deliverables will only be released after all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Usage rights for commercial projects will be outlined in the project agreement. Additional licensing or usage requests may require additional fees.

Floral Services & Studio Orders

All floral arrangements are made to order using the freshest seasonal flowers available. Because flowers are natural, availability, color, size, and exact varieties may vary from photos or inspiration images.

Janelle Soler Studio reserves the creative freedom to substitute flowers and materials of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and feeling of the arrangement.

No two floral designs will ever be exactly the same — each piece is intentionally unique.

Floral Delivery

Delivery availability, fees, and timing will be confirmed at checkout or during booking.

Please provide an accurate delivery address, recipient information, access instructions, and any important details needed for a successful delivery.

Janelle Soler Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, restricted access, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.

For deliveries requiring special instructions, building access, parking, or additional assistance, please communicate these details in advance.

Once flowers have been delivered, proper care becomes the recipient’s responsibility. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, floral orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Event Floral Design

Event floral services require a signed agreement and payment schedule before the event date is secured.

Changes to event details, guest count, floral quantities, venue restrictions, or design requests after approval may result in additional fees.

Janelle Soler Studio is not responsible for damage caused by guests, venues, weather, or circumstances occurring after installation.

Any rentals, vessels, structures, or specialty items provided by the studio remain property of Janelle Soler Studio unless otherwise purchased.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to the custom nature of our work, deposits and payments are non-refundable.

If a client needs to reschedule, accommodations may be made based on availability and project timing. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.

Cancellations made after work has begun may result in additional charges for completed work, purchased materials, and time invested.

Photography & Promotion

Janelle Soler Studio may photograph completed work, installations, artwork, and events for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Client privacy and special requests will always be respected.

Liability

Janelle Soler Studio takes great care in creating and delivering all work. However, we are not responsible for damages, delays, injuries, losses, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining appropriate care of purchased artwork, floral designs, and delivered materials.

Agreement

By purchasing, booking, or submitting an inquiry with Janelle Soler Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
